JENNIFER CODDING is a past President of the Pinellas County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (2013 - 2015), an inaugural member of the Women Lawyers of Pasco Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and a 2014 recipient of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers Leaders in the Law Award. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions and real estate litigation, including creditor representation in foreclosure, landlord representation in evictions, partition, unlawful detainer and ejectment actions, contract disputes, property title defects, quiet title actions, and declaratory actions pertaining to unidentifiable mobile homes. She is a 2010 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she was admitted to the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Honors program, a two-year bar practicum. As a Webster Scholar, she complemented her coursework with rigorous applied training in professional skills and judgment through simulated, clinical and externship settings. Upon completion of the program, she was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar. In addition, she is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Sixth Judicial Circuit Law Library.
