Introduction
Hello! My name is Jovita Wysocka Kravitz, and I am a partner at Kravitz Law Group, P.A. We are based in St. Petersburg, FL but have additional offices for meeting clients in Clearwater, Tampa, Brandon and the Boston, Massachusetts area. I represent plaintiffs injured in auto accidents, slip and falls, defective products (including medical devices), and nursing homes/assisted living facilities. I also represent individuals and families affected by medical negligence, including med mal and wrongful death. Additionally, as a life-long supporter of the arts (and former ballet dancer), I help artists and small business owners register their work for copyright and trademark protection.
Biography
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Jovita graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. She received her B.A. in English with a certificate in Communications at the University of Massachusetts.
Jovita has worked at personal injury and litigation firms in Massachusetts as well as large litigation firms in New York City and the Washington, D.C. area. Jovita is fluent in Polish and represents Polish-speaking clients throughout Florida and Massachusetts.
Jovita has served on the board of PFAWL and is currently Secretary of the board of directors for Community Law Program, where she also serves as Co-Chair of the Fund Development Committee.
