Biography

Ms. Jahn's career in zoning began in 2006 when she established a small billboard company in interior South Florida. She took her oath to practice law in 2013. Following that, she was then trained by a preeminent zoning attorney in the Tampa Bay area for three and a half years. Upon her mentors retirement from private practice, Ms. Jahn opened her own office in January of 2017. She works with a variety of land development codes, comprehensive plans, jurisdictional staff groups, and neighborhood project stakeholders on a daily basis. She has appeared before local governments and quasi-judicial boards, ranging from the Panhandle to the Greater Miami area. Ms. Jahn believes that the scope of her practice has developed a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to the intersection of Florida land use law, the realities developers face, and the challenges local jurisdictions rise to when serving their communities.

Ms. Jahn is a native of Sarasota, Florida and now lives in Pinellas County, Florida. She serves on the boards of the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers as well as the Young Lawyer Division of the Clearwater Bar Association. When not practicing law or engaging in public service, Ms. Jahn is training to become a competitive ballroom dancer.
